3. Ship the product back to us with the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Installed products (unless faulty).

• Custom or special-order items.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
